Rolling through February.

The weather has been pretty mild. Maybe we got most of winter out of the way in January. Luke is finishing up his five day mid-winter break today. Below are a few photos because I am too lazy to type more.

Sunset on the way to pick up pizza.
More free books from the library.
New laptop. No, I will not be playing video games on it.
New bed in the cottage.
The work setup.
Luke and Pop lopping at the cottage.

Growing the library.

I received word that the Columbia library was giving away free books, so yesterday morning after dropping Luke off at school I went there. They had a ton, but the selection was a little iffy. Lots of recent popular novels and not much classic literature or good non-fiction. I still managed to get a few things and will probably go back for more. Luke and I have already read four of his new books.

New library.

For the past week and a half or so Luke and I have been converting the apartment bedroom to a library. This will allow us to have most of our books in one place. It is exciting to free up a bunch of space in closets and my office. Unfortunately it looks like we won’t have much extra shelf space. Hopefully we will finish putting up books this afternoon.
