Finally doing a little something.

My dad drove me to the Mountain this morning. After stopping at the cottage we had lunch at the Goat Market. Back at the cottage I fired up my vehicle and went into town to visit the lumberyard, bank, post office, dump, library, lumberyard again, CVS, and Piggly Wiggly before going to visit Debbie. We chatted for a while and then I returned to the cottage to gather a few things before driving home. I read to Luke a little, but was exhausted so I lay down for a while, and probably slept. Luke was in bed by the time I got up, and Liz was headed in that direction too. So now I am on the couch playing with my new design program, trying to decide what version to buy.

This and that.

This morning after Liz took Luke to school my dad came and drove me to physical therapy. It went okay, but my fingers have kind of been hurting since. Afterwards I tried to nap but was unable to. I spent most of the afternoon messing with my new home design program and watching tutorials. It is really neat and I will probably buy it soon. Luke came home this evening and we had a nice dinner. While Liz was bathing him I went to Publix in Spring Hill.

Still stitched.

I went to the doctor’s office this morning. 55 minutes after my appointment time I got to see a nurse, who asked me some questions then sat me down in a new waiting area. Another nurse came after a while and set me up in a little room. I removed my bandages and took some Tylenol, preparing for the worst. Finally the doctor came in to check me out. He was pleased with my progress, but recommended physical therapy and said the stitches wouldn’t come out until next week. I drove home, stopping at CVS on the way for some bandages. After lunch I took a long nap, then just mostly messed around on the computer until dinner. It might be tough to sleep tonight due to the nap.
