I got back on the right track today. Started the morning with a stop at Laurel Lake to take a few pictures then got to work. Made great progress on the walls. I was able to arrive home while Liz and Luke were still eating dinner.
Not a productive Thursday.
This morning I took Luke to school since Liz had a meeting. The weather was nice in the valley, but it was foggy and cold on the Mountain. I ran errands around town and spent the afternoon at the jobsite. Unfortunately I didn’t accomplish much. I started on the tub surrounds but ran into some difficulties. Once it became too dark to see I drove to Lake O’Donnell to photograph in the fog.
Productive Wednesday.
Getting creative with the post titles. I stopped at the lumberyard first thing this morning before getting to the job site. I worked on the walls again until about 2:30 and made great progress. I stopped at the Goat Market to chat with Eric for a few minutes before driving to the cottage to pack up. The trip home was uneventful and Luke was waiting for me. We played until dinner time, then ate together since Liz had a meeting. We also did bath together.
Productive Tuesday.
I arrived at the job site early again this morning and didn’t leave until dark. I again made good progress on the walls. This evening I returned to campus for dinner. It was delicious.
Productive Monday.
I got to the job site early this morning and worked on covering up walls all day. The HVAC guys came and did their rough-in and I went by the bank.. Otherwise I worked until dark and made good progress. This evening I had dinner at the dining hall on campus in Sewanee. The food was good.
