Luke slept in a little and we didn’t have a chance to go to the park before Liz started work. My parents came around nine and we spent a lot of time playing outside, since the weather was lovely. They left just before nap time. He didn’t nap for as long as usual today. We went to the nature park after Liz got off work.
It was a very lazy morning for me. Liz and Luke went to the nature park and I relaxed on the couch. My parents came down while Luke was napping, and brought the last bit of my stuff that they had been storing, including books and bikes. It is great to have all that again. I was in the process of showing my dad the she shed when it started raining. We ran back to the house just as the deluge hit. Luke woke up and was a bit caught off guard at seeing other people in the house for the first time in over two months. He eventually warmed up and had a lot of fun reading and playing with them. He was pretty sad to see them go. Fortunately they will be returning in the morning. Luke was a little late going to bed due to some rowdiness, but eventually he settled down.
We went to the nature park this morning after Liz and Luke baked breakfast cookies. It was pretty out and Luke had a great time. The rest of the day was spent just hanging around the house. We got some serious rain this afternoon. Luke and I napped.
We went to the park for a long time this morning, just enjoying the fresh air and solitude. We didn’t do much for the rest of the day, although I did take trash to the dump. The threat of rain kept me from setting up and working on the she shed.
It was raining this morning and so we didn’t go for a walk. During Luke’s nap I went to Wal-Mart in Spring Hill. What a freak show. After his nap we went to the park in Spring Hill.
