Legos, balls, books, sticks, and rocks. Just a regular day.
Wish there was news, but it’s the same old same old.
We did manage to make it to the park before the rain arrived this morning. We were also able to get the spare room emptied and cleaned.
Still here, still alive.
Unloading dishwasher, breakfast cookies, Legos, cleaning, organizing, napping, hiking, mowing, sleeping.
Haulin’ water.
It was a lovely spring day here in Columbia. Luke was able to start the day this morning by seeing the moon, which he always loves. We spent the morning building Legos, reading, and riding Duke. After lunch Liz and Luke prepared banana bread, which we ate after Luke’s three hour nap. Then we went to the nature park. Luke watched me mow the back field on the tractor while Liz prepared dinner. That is something he really enjoys. After he nursed and went to bed I went back out and mowed until it started raining. I’ll finish up tomorrow when Luke can watch me again.
A somewhat productive day.
Luke was in great spirits and we had a lot of fun. He spent a lot of time watching Mr. Jerry our next door neighbor cut grass. We also read and built Legos. During nap I mowed some in the back field, until I ran out of fuel. It sure felt good to be on the tractor. Uncle Matt sent some stuff from New Orleans which Luke opened and cluttered up the house with. After Liz finished work we walked around out back. Then dinner, bath, and bedtime.
