I got a slow start this morning and arrived at the job site around nine. It wasn’t too difficult to back my trailer into position. Then I set up my saw and stand, and started cutting shiplap. I did that for almost seven hours without stopping. I made all the cuts I wanted to, but ran out of time to organize the boards indoors, because I wanted to get home to see Luke before he went to bed. So after stopping by the cottage for some food I hit the road. On my way I called the two insulation guys. One is supposedly going to send a quote and the other is coming by tomorrow afternoon. The drive was uneventful. It was great to see Luke and spend a little time with him before he went to bed.
