Mountain Monday.

Had more work to do in Monteagle. Also tasks in Winchester and Jasper. Things are coming together. It wasn’t too long of a day on the road, and I was back in time for dinner. The next couple of days will be at the farm, hopefully getting a lot done.

Little Mountain, Little Man.

It was raining this morning so I didn’t go photograph. I focused on my tasks and left mid-afternoon. The drive home was lovely – storms threatened but never materialized. Luke was waiting for me back at the farm. We played a bit and after he went to sleep I photographed lightning bugs in the back field. Again just one camera, but two different interpretations below.

Mountain magic.

I came up to Monteagle this morning to start a bit of work on a new project. Lots of driving around and meetings. Also got to see my parents, as they were wrapping up a stay at the cottage. After taking care of my responsibilities it was well into the evening, but not dark yet, so I went to Lake O’Donnell hoping it would be foggy. It wasn’t, so I went to see if the goats were out. They weren’t, so on a whim I went to the Goat Trail behind Pearl’s and photographed some fireflies. I only set up one camera and it felt like there weren’t many bugs out. Also it looks like there was some camera shake going on. It felt good to be out and photographing though. I’m staying on the mountain tonight, as I have more to do up here tomorrow.
