I didn’t sleep well at all last night. Probably because I was worried about the county inspection today. I was also anxious this morning as my dad and I reinstalled doors and such. Well, all that stress was for nothing. The inspector came relatively early and approved us for a temporary certificate of occupancy. That was a huge relief. He also gave me a list of things to do in order to get the permanent certificate. The only real surprise was that I have to finish painting the outside of the house.

Just after noon I drove up to the mountain. I needed to get some more work done on my car, bit unfortunately they didn’t have time to complete it. So I will have to return on Monday. Oh well, there are much worse places to be stuck.

Today was pretty cold. Tomorrow should be a little better and I want to do some stuff outside, like hike and take pictures. I drove by the goat pasture late this afternoon but they weren’t out. Probably all huddled up in the barn.
